Coaching
We will be offering a free one hour coaching session each league day for anyone registered for the league. These sessions are aimed for beginners and will cover different topics each month. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions if you need some help with your game.
This month the coaching session will be held at 9.15am and will cover forehand basics.

You will need to be a member of SA Disc Golf to participate in the league. To become a member follow the link below:

You will be competing in divisions based on your Metrix rating which will be automatically assigned during registration.
Division 1: >860
Division 2: 800-860
Division 3: 730-800
Division 4: <730
Prizes and presentations
To kick off the year, we will be hosting a BBQ in the parklands for presentations so feel free to stick around after your round, grab a snag and catch up with your fellow disc golfers.
There will be prizes awarded for the following:
- Winners of each division based on scratch score
- Random draw - all particpants in the league day will automatically be included in the random draw
